6 Day Programme
6 day per week split, hitting every body part at least twice per week across 6 sessions. Designed for those who can train 6 days per week or want more training specificity.
The split is designed to run as follows:
Day 1 On, Day 2 On, Day 3 On, Day 4 On, Day 5 On, Day 6 On, Day 7 Rest
Alternatively, you could choose to run the split over over 8 days in a 3 on, 1 off, repeat format, which would allow for an extra rest day.
